Changzhou Yapu Brewing Co., Ltd. inherits and promotes Chinese alcohol culture. It brews the famous Yapu Yellow Rice Wine, which is sold all over the country.

The first jar of the Yapu Yellow Rice Wine was produced during the Guangxu period in the Qing Dynasty over a hundred years ago. This brewing style is still practiced by fourth generation descendant, Mr. Lu Jingfeng.

The raw ingredients of the Yapu Yellow Rice Wine include fine rice and wheat from Taihu Lake as well as drinking water from Yapu Spring. It is high in nutrition with addition medicinal value.

In 2015, the Yapu Yellow Rice Wine was listed as Changzhou Municipal Intangible Cultural Heritage.
